We start with a free estimate written by our Pennsylvania Licensed Damage Appraiser and then communicate directly with your insurance company throughout the process, meaning that you don’t have to. When repairing your vehicle, we ensure everything is restored to its pre-accident condition.
Pennsylvania law states that vehicle owners have the right to choose which auto body repair facility will repair their vehicle, meaning that your insurance company can not make you have your car repaired at any particular auto body shop just because they say they have a relationship with them. Our Story
Eric Tetuan began Platinum Auto Body in 1998 in a small shop on the corner of 21st & French Street. Not long after opening, to accommodate our rapid growth, the business moved to its current location at 521 E 18th St.
Since our inception, Platinum Auto Body has continued to grow every year, though we have always remained family-owned and operated. Eric still works hands-on every day to maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction and to always deliver “collision service better than gold.”
